ACL injury? Ankle sprains? The list goes on when you're a young athlete going for the win.
Join us for an active and informative class to beat the pain and perform your best.
This event will be broken up into two parts. An informational workshop followed by a guided workout.
30-40 Minute Informational Workshop: This portion will concentrate on learning what the most common sports injuries are, how to prevent them, and how to enhance recovery and performance.
30-45 Minute Workout on the Turf: Put your knowledge into action with a hands-on training session focused on injury prevention and sports performance.
